This project at Malton Cemetery involved groundworks and the construction of a new tarmac access road, providing a clean, durable surface through the cemetery grounds.
The works included preparing the ground and installing new kerbs to create defined, consistent edges along the route. The roadway was then surfaced in tarmac to provide a smooth and hard-wearing finish suitable for regular vehicle and pedestrian access.
Careful finishing around the surrounding grassed areas helped the new roadway sit neatly within the existing cemetery grounds.
